This is the Frogsfolly Bananas Foster as perfected on my back yard grill. It is really surprising how easy this dish is to prepare. It is also very rich and quite a show stopper. I like to prepare it on my backyard burner at night to highlight the flame.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add brown sugar and stir together. Add the bananas and cook until caramelized over medium-high heat. Pour in the rum and liqueur and catch a flame off of the gas stove or a BBQ lighter. Let flame die down. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
