Pork With Ginger
Preparation 25 mins plus at least 30 mins marinating

Marinade the pork steaks in a non-metallic bowl with the ginger juice, soy sauce and white wine for at least 30 mins.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion/red pepper for 4-5 mins or until softened. Set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same frying pan and fry the pork steaks for 6 mins, turning occasionally. Add the marinade and fry for a further 1 min.
Remove the pork steaks and add back in the onions and red pepper, reduce until you have a nice thick sause
Create a bed of rice and place the pork steak in the middle.
Drizzle the sauce over and arround the pork steak
Serve with Fresh Orange pieces and green beens
